Born and raised in Hong Kong, I embarked on a soul-driven quest that led me to Australia, where I studied and deepened my knowledge of astrology, mythology, and mystic Gnosticism. Later, I spent 30 years in Italy, immersing myself in ancient European wisdom traditions. This rich cultural fusion allows me to weave Eastern philosophy with Western esoteric traditions, offering profound and transformative insights.

Greetings, Beloved Souls, I Am Genevieve Cheung

You may have known me as Akata Vesta on social media before 2025. However, as I walk deeper into the wisdom of the ancients while writing I Ching—The Wise and The Fool, I have felt an undeniable calling to return to my birth surname, CHEUNG, and fully embrace my Chinese origin. In doing so, I honor the roots of my lineage, the echoes of my ancestors, and the path unfolding before me.

While you are reading this, I am on a sacred pilgrimage—traveling across the Americas and beyond, guided by the Spirit, the unseen hands of the Divine, and the spirits of the lands I walk upon.

At the end of 2022, on the precipice of a sacred mountain in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, France—the heartland of the Essenes and Magdalenes—I received a profound message: It is time to go forth into the world after years of deep study and preparation. And so, since August 2023, I have been journeying through North America, experiencing divine orchestration in every step. With the generosity of Spirit and the kindness of Earth Angels, I have exceeded anything I could have imagined. The teachings, activations, and grid work I have engaged in are vast, and I know it will take a lifetime to integrate them fully.

Yet, one Truth shines undeniably clear: I have unwavering hope in humanity. I know in the depths of my being that we, as a collective, are shifting into the New Paradigm. Despite all trials, despite the darkness that has overshadowed our world, there is an unstoppable force of Love guiding us forward. Trust, and you shall receive.

Many of us carry deep wounds from lifetimes of persecution for standing in our Truth, for speaking the Divine Word. The fear of using our voices again is real. And yet—if not now, when? If not me, who? On this path, I have met courageous souls who embody kindness and vulnerability and stand in Love despite their trials. They are living embodiments of what it means to be Human in the highest sense.

Looking back, I see how divinely guided my journey has been. My early studies with an esoteric school gave me a strong foundation of wisdom, preparing me for the path ahead. Through Galactic Astrology, the I Ching, and many other sacred teachings, I have gathered the tools to piece together the greater tapestry of my soul’s purpose. And now, I share these Divine Gifts with you—through Astrology, Healing, and the sacred vibrations of Light Language.

The Awakening: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Healing

My spiritual awakening began at the close of 2019 with a vision of a sanctuary so vivid I could not ignore it. This vision became my guiding light, leading me into the deep studies of esoteric wisdom, astrology, and the I Ching. Along the way, I encountered extraordinary Beings—true Earth Angels—who have shaped my journey with their wisdom and unconditional Love. Their presence reminds me daily of what it means to live in Divine Truth.

As an Astrologer, a Writer, and a Healer, the more I serve, the more humbled I become. My journey has prepared me for this moment—not to teach, but to listen, to hold sacred space where we connect as souls. Every encounter is divinely orchestrated, and I am deeply honored to walk this path alongside you.

I am profoundly grateful for this sacred privilege—to serve, learn, and witness the unfolding of Divine Will in each of our lives.

A Life Transformed: From Crisis to Sovereignty

Born in China, raised in Hong Kong, and later studying in Australia, life led me to Italy, where I spent over 30 years raising my children and family. I was blessed with two beautiful children and a life that, on the surface, seemed “perfect.” And yet, my body knew the Truth—I was not living the life my soul desired. The wake-up call came suddenly and fiercely: two emergency room visits, the last of which nearly cost me my life. Had the ambulance arrived ten minutes later, I would not be here today.

This moment of crisis forced me to turn inward, to ask the hardest questions, and to face the shadows I had long ignored. The Dark Night of the Soul is no mere metaphor—a fire that burns away all illusions. I know that many of you reading this have walked through your own fires.

From that moment forward, I made a vow: I would no longer betray my soul. I embarked on an unrelenting search to understand my true purpose and create a future aligned with my highest self. The greatest lesson I have learned in all these years is SELF-LOVE. We cannot give what we do not have.

I could not become a Healer without first healing myself. With Reiki as my first tool, I devoted myself to daily self-healing. I walked away from heavy medications in a single moment despite the excruciating pain. I persisted for six months—rebuilding my body, Spirit, and will to live. Today, I stand strong and medicine-free, a testament to the power of healing from within.

Through this journey, I understood that we must undergo our transformation before building anything new. We cannot change the world unless we first change ourselves. And when we open ourselves to divine guidance, the right teachers and allies always appear.

The Path of Mastery: Astrology, Consciousness, and the Galactic Soul

My path has led me through many sacred teachings. After years of esoteric study, I became a Certified Galactic Astrologer in Quantum Soul Guidance with Julia Balaz and studied extensively with Penny Kelly in Intuition & Consciousness. Yet, the more I learn, the more I realize how infinite the mysteries truly are. The study of the I Ching continues to call me, as does the ever-unfolding wisdom of the cosmos.

In hindsight, my spiritual journey truly began when I decided to leave Hong Kong for Australia. Coming from a poor family, this choice was far from easy. With only one year of tuition paid and three months of living expenses, I stepped into the unknown. I was suffocating in my old life, and Australia, wild and untamed, called to me. At the time, I did not understand why.

Years later, as I climbed Uluru at dawn—an ancient energetic portal—I finally understood. It was homecoming.

The study of Galactic Astrology has given me profound clarity, illuminating the deeper meanings behind my experiences, even the physical ailments I endured for 20 years. Every challenge and trial was part of the soul’s greater plan.

A Vision for the Future Sanctuary

My heart and spirit are dedicated to the manifestation of a Sanctuary—a space of healing, wisdom, and higher consciousness. I walk this path one step at a time, guided by the inner and outer voices of the Spirit. There is no rush, no urgency—only a commitment to arriving with Ease and Grace.
