In Stillness

I wrote this few days ago watching the sunset by the ocean. An anticipation of dropping into our heart space. I pray you can be an observer, to be within the Stillness inside you. What is going on in the outer world, is outside of you. Don’t let fear slips inside your heart, your mind or taken control of your thoughts. It is good to be on the sideline sometimes.
I send you all my love, no fear.
BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!

In Stillness

In stillness watching the world,

Observing without involvement,

An audience on the sideline,

Did I ever exist in that moment?

Mesmerized by the Ocean undulation,

Unapologetic waving,

Slow dancing with the Sun,

Ask no permission for her existence,

Moment of stillness, anticipating of darkness,

Just a little dance of waves,

Up and down,  slowly,  smoothly,

Music in Stillness.
