Last night, during sleepless hours, I was thinking along those lines. The heartache is getting less and less….
And I was doing Reiki to/for myself. The Sacral and Heart chakras .. So much trauma especially those brought forward from many, too many incarnations…
We tend to focus on what we are suffering at the now moment, only we know how much we have suffered all along…..
